I've spent a lifetime asking that question.
About businesses. Products. Websites. Audiences. Media. Music. Marketing. Domains. Content. Digital products. Subscriptions. Communities. Ideas.
It's amazing what happens when you stop looking at something only for what it is and start asking what else it could become.
Sometimes one idea changes everything.
I'm going to look at your business from every angle I can think of. Not because we need to build all of these things, but because one of them may be the opportunity neither of us wants to miss.
What could customers pay you for every month instead of only once?
Your existing knowledge, process or service may contain products you've never created.
You may already have people who trust you and would buy more if you gave them the right reason.
Your experience, information and systems may be able to sell again and again.
Could something you know, solve or provide become a simple app people use every day?
Information, tools, services, content or access can become predictable recurring income.
Could your customers or audience benefit from being connected with you at the center?
There may be products your customers already buy that you could recommend and earn from.
Something you've already created may have value to other businesses or industries.
There may be people, companies or audiences that should already be doing business with you.
One idea. One audience. One focused offer. One more potential income stream.
Sometimes the biggest opportunity is an entirely new company hiding inside what you already do.
My answer is simple: as many as we can intelligently build.
There is no rule that says one business should only have one way of making money.
How many can we create?
Let's find out.
And I'll share it with you.
The concept is simple: there is no limit to the number of legitimate income streams you can have funneling into your bank account.
Instead of expecting one business or one product to do all the heavy lifting, we look for focused opportunities.
Some may become significant businesses.
Some may produce recurring monthly income.
Some may quietly make money in the background.
Some may surprise the hell out of us.
Together, they can become an ecosystem of income.
That's the kind of thinking I'm bringing into your business.
I'm not interested in hourly coaching.
I'm not interested in watching a clock while we talk.
And I'm not interested in being another consultant who sends you an invoice every time you have a question.
I'm interested in building businesses.
My time is limited, which means I'm going to be very selective about where I spend it.
When I commit to working with you, I'm bringing more than my time.
I'm bringing decades of experience, ideas, resources, contacts, tools, technology, marketing knowledge, media experience and everything else I've accumulated from a lifetime of building things.
I also have a pretty unusual habit of looking at one thing and seeing three or four other things we could potentially do with it.
And when I get an idea at 6:17 in the morning that could work for your business, I don't want to wonder whether the clock is running.
I want to send it to you. I want to explore it. I want to see if we can build it.
This isn't a program I'm trying to sell to hundreds of people.
I couldn't even if I wanted to.
You're getting my personal involvement, my ideas, my resources and my brain inside your business for an entire year.
There's only so much of me to go around.
I'm going to be selective.
You should be selective too.
If you're looking for safe, comfortable and conventional, this probably isn't for you.
If you're looking at your business thinking, “There has to be more here...”
Now we have something to talk about.
Let me save both of us some time.
I'm not looking for people who are thinking about getting serious about their business.
I'm not looking for somebody who wants to try this for a few weeks, see how it feels and then decide whether they're actually committed.
And I'm definitely not interested in someone who wants to collect a bunch of great ideas and then do absolutely nothing with them.
I want to work with people who are already committed.
People who have built something.
People who believe in what they're doing.
People who are willing to make decisions, try things, change things, build things and occasionally take a swing at something that might not work.
Because if I'm going to spend a year looking inside your business for opportunities, I expect you to do something when we find them.
I'm going to bring ideas. I'm going to challenge things. I'm going to ask questions you may not have considered.
I'm probably going to suggest things that aren't anywhere on your current roadmap.
And sometimes I'm going to tell you that something you love isn't nearly as good as you think it is.
That's what you're hiring me for.
I don't need another client badly enough to spend a year dragging somebody across the finish line.
If you're not, we're probably not a good fit.
This isn't a course.
There isn't a Module 1.
There isn't a generic twelve-step system that I give everybody.
We work on your business.
Your customers. Your products. Your pricing. Your positioning. Your ideas. Your resources. Your assets. Your opportunities.
Sometimes we'll improve something that's already working.
Sometimes we'll find something you've overlooked.
Sometimes we'll add another income stream.
And sometimes we may create something completely new.
The goal is simple: find income that wasn't there before.
Our first conversation is an organized brain dump.
You tell me everything.
What you're doing. How long you've been doing it. What's working. What's not.
What you've tried. What you've stopped doing. What you want to do next. What keeps getting pushed aside.
And maybe most importantly...
What have you wanted to try but haven't had the nerve to take a chance on yet?
I want the whole picture.
Not the polished version. Not the presentation. Not what you think you're supposed to tell a consultant.
I want to know what's really going on inside the business and inside your head.
I look for connections.
I look for missed opportunities.
I look for things that could be packaged differently, sold differently, expanded, automated, licensed, subscribed to, turned into an app, built into a community, or spun into something completely new.
What I see. What I think you're missing. What I think has potential. What I don't think is worth your time.
What I would change. What I would test. And where I think we should start.
That's the beginning of IdeaFlow™.
Once IdeaFlow™ starts, the goal is to keep it moving.
One idea leads to another. One opportunity reveals another.
Because the best idea may not be the first one.
It may be the idea that shows up because of the first one.
What happens if we find more than one?
You're not buying a package of coaching calls.
You're not buying hours.
You're bringing another brain into your business for a year with one overriding objective:
Find opportunities. Create income. Build things that weren't there before.
There are no guarantees that any particular idea will produce a specific amount of income. That's business.
But if you're looking for somebody who will spend a year asking questions, finding possibilities and looking for ways to make your business bigger, more valuable and more profitable...
That's exactly what I'm offering.
If you've read this far, you're serious about your business.
Tell me what you've built, where you want to go, and why you think there may be something bigger hiding inside it.
If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, please email [email protected] and we'll send you the transfer information.
If you'd prefer to pay by credit card, you can make your payment below.
